This DDS CSU/DSU offers built-in Intelligent Quantitative Parametric Testing, Flexible DTE Interface types and Reliable Multi-Drop support.

The FT100 and FT100S are the original Motorola FT100 Series T1 CSU/DSUs products which are now members of the Raymar-Telenetics family of T1 products.

Supporting T1 or Fractional T1 point-to-point or multipoint connections, these fully functional T1/fractional T1 DSU/CSUs provide high-speed interface from voice or data equipment to a 1.544 Mbps transmission facility and supports all fractional T1 channel configurations.

All T1/FT products come equipped with a supervisory port that allows access to the unit either locally by an ASCII terminal or remotely by modem. The supervisory port gives you complete control of the unit for tasks such as configuration, diagnostics, retrieval of statistical information on T1 line performance, or taking control of a remote device.

The DTE port interface options include ITU V.35, DSX-1, and EIA530. The type of interface is determined by interchangeable plug-in cards and should be selected when ordering.

FT100 MODEL

The FT100 is a dual port T1/FT1 device which provides the interface from voice or data equipment to a 1.544 Mbps transmission facility. Its features include two DTE ports, factory orderable V.35, EIA530, and, for voice input, DSX-1. The standard LCD front panel simplifies configuration. For applications requiring high-density, up to 16 FT100 devices can reside in a RM16 nest.

FT100S MODEL

The FT100S is a single port T1/FT1 device which provides the interface from data equipment to a 1.544 Mbps transmission facility. It’s the ideal choice for applications which have outgrown their DDS bandwidth and require a single V.35 or EIA 530 interface for high-speed applications such as LAN interconnection, video conferencing, high-speed workstations (CAD/CAM), and host computer communications. The standard LCD front panel simplifies configuration.

RACK MOUNT

For applications requiring high-density, up to 16 FT100 devices can reside in a RM16 nest.
